MANETINI CLIP-INS LIFETIME WARRANTY

    1. All Manetini Clip-in Hair Extensions come with a Lifetime Warranty against any manufacturing and workmanship defects related to the clips.
    2. All Manetini Clip-in Hair Extensions claimed as defective must be sent back for inspection. Manetini’s Quality Control team must receive the product within 14 days of reporting it and they will inspect the clip-ins to determine if it is in fact defective from manufacturing defects.
    3. In the event that the Manetini Quality Control team determines the clip(s) have manufacturing defects, the clips will be fully replaced.
    4. The Manetini Hair Extension warranty DOES NOT cover defects from improper care and use.
    5. All Manetini Clip-In Hair Extensions that are on sale are Final Sale and are not eligible for coverage under this warranty.

EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS. MANETINI INC. SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY TO PURCHASER OR ITS AFFILIATES OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGES RESULTING OR ALLEGED TO RESULT FROM ANY DEFECT, ERROR OR OMISSION IN THE PRODUCT, ANY USED THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS OR AS A RESULT OF ANY INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OF ANY THIRD PARTY. IN NO EVENT SHALL MANETINI INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS) SUFFERED BY PURCHASER OR ITS AFFILIATES OR ANY OTHER THIRD PARTY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT EVEN IF MANETINI INC. HAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
