EXCHANGES & RETURNS

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery of hair. (All sale and clearance items not included). Hair & packaging must be in original unused condition, unopened with security seals still intact. Once opened, due to hygienic reasons, hair cannot be exchanged or returned.

We recommend that you match your colour before purchase, ie. MCS program. However, if you have purchased the incorrect colour, return your unopened/unused product and we will exchange it for another.

No refunds or exchanges after 30 days of delivery of purchase. 

To process your exchange or return, we require:

  • a receipt or proof of purchase;
  • contact us to receive your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number;
  • once you receive your RMA number and return address, ship the package and make sure to get tracking;
  • send us a message with your tracking number.

Note: DO NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

 

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only non-sale items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are final sale.

 

SHIPPING

Before returning your product, you should first contact us to receive your RMA number and the address to return your product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item(s). Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend investing in tracking on your shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Can I exchange or return my Accessory?

All accessories are final sale.

 

Can I exchange or return my Weft?

We are happy to accommodate an exchange or return on any unopened wefts within 30 days of purchase. To initiate your return, please reach out to our Manetini Customer Support team through our contact us page.

Please note, if the security seal on your hair and packaging has been opened or tampered with, we will not be able to accept your product back for a return due to hygienic reasons.

 

Can I exchange or return my Clip-ins?

We are happy to accommodate an exchange or return on any unopened clip-ins within 30 days of purchase. To initiate your return, please reach out to our Manetini Customer Support team through our contact us page.

Do I have to pay for the shipping of my return or exchange?

Yes, all customers must pay for their own return shipping to our return facility. We highly recommend purchasing tracking or insurance when sending packages back as we are not be responsible for lost packages.

If you are shipping from outside of Canada, please indicate "RETURN - NO DUTIES" on the package to avoid paying additional duty fees.

 

When will I receive my new exchange?

We will send you the exchanged colour hair extensions after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not tampered, opened or used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information of the set being returned, in order for us to place the order for your exchange.

When will I receive my refund?

A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. As soon as your return is received by our facility your return will be processed within 1-2 business days and you will also receive an email stating the return was completed.

Once we have sent your refund back to your original payment method, it can take your financial institution up to 10 business days to process.

 

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Get authorized for your return first by:

  • send us a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase;
  • contact us, obtain Manetini's return address, ship the package and make sure to get tracking;
  • send us a message with your tracking number.

 

Can I Return The Manetini Hair Extension Without Contacting You?

Manetini's return address is different from the shipping address. Contact Manetini to get the correct address before sending the hair for return.

 

Why are Manetini Hair extensions non-returnable if opened?

Human hair extensions are considered to be a hygienic product by law. We take matters of hygiene and public safety very seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned for the safety of all our customers.

 

What is the return/exchange period?

We will provide a full refund or exchange on unopened hair extensions and accessories within 30 days of your purchase. For non-sale hair, all hair and packaging must be in original condition with ties intact. All hair purchased on seasonal sales including but not limited to Black Friday, Boxing day etc., is exchange only.

 

What is the latest day for me to initiate a return?

You must submit your return for approval before the 30th day after delivery. This means if your item was delivered on July 1st, you can request a return up until July 31st.
